Our Team
Jason
Jason is the Chief Auctioneer at Event Auctioneers, a company he created after identifying a gap in the market. He observed that many events hired the best MCs, caterers, and entertainers but often neglected to source an event Auctioneer. Jason realized that event planners simply didn't know where to go for quality and expertise, resulting in missed opportunities for record-breaking fundraising.
"Anyone can take a bid and count numbers, but it takes the instinct honed from experience to read an audience and know when to push and when to sell. An Auctioneer is a practical part of the evening's entertainment. They deliver a performance which can be measured by dollars, so when I get on stage, I make sure that it's fun, profitable, and succinct," Jason explains.
Jason's innate ability to build rapport with audiences and take that engagement to new heights allows him to drive the best outcome for his clients across Australasia.
Jason holds a degree in International Relations and Political Economy from UNSW. He is bilingual in Greek and English and is passionate about traveling, having visited over 60 countries.
When he's not on stage, Jason loves to spend time with his wife and two young sons.

Anna is the Customer Relations Manager at Event Auctioneers, and she is the backbone of the office. Her passion for helping charities has led her to a philanthropic path since 2010. Anna's dedication to her work in Vietnam has been recognized with numerous awards. She was nominated and subsequently granted a ‘Peace Medal’ from the capital city in Vietnam for her "great contribution to the poor" in the Quang Nam province. Anna is the 58th person to receive this medal, and the second recipient in the Quảng Nam region. Additionally, she was the first-ever foreigner to receive Vietnam's Red Cross Humanitarian Medal.
Anna also has a lifelong love of travel, and one of her biggest highlights was taking her 1.5-year-old child to Vietnam to meet the kids she supports through her charity work.
